Reporting: ChrodisJA WP7 meeting Rome July 3th

EHFF and EPF were invited to make presentations on patient empowerment on the second day of the ChrodisJA WP7 meeting in Rome at the Istituto Superiore di Sanita. WP7 is devoted to using diabetes as a case study for strengthening healthcare for people with chronic diseases. The agenda is here and the EHFF presentation (here) and that of EPF (here).
