Our Tools:

• TELOS (ROI & Policy Decision Intelligence): A modelling tool that helps policymakers assess the return on investment of prevention and health interventions. TELOS simulates disease burden, costs, savings, and the long-term impact of policy choices, enabling evidence-based prioritization and budget decisions across sectors.
• ZENO (Vaccine & Prevention Delivery Intelligence): A delivery intelligence tool used by the Dutch government (RIVM and GGD) to plan and optimize vaccine rollouts. ZENO forecasts demand by age and geography, optimizes locations and staffing, simulates scenarios, and identifies bottlenecks early. It can be applied to large-scale campaigns (e.g., vaccination drives) and routine prevention programs to improve efficiency, equity, and trust.
