November 20th 17.00-18.30 UTC
For many years it’s been recognised that the current growth economy model leads to increased health inequality, with adverse effects on the social determinants of health. One of the underpinning principles of the Wellbeing economy is social justice.
In the third of the webinars co-curated by WEALL Global and EHFF to help define what health (viewed holistically), would look like within a wellbeing economy, we’re examining health inequality and social justice. We have three international speakers from very different contexts (India, Ireland and the UK) and the main focus will be on local initiatives to tackle health inequality, exemplifying community action as one potential, here and now, solution.
