BEHEALTH
The BEHEALTH project aims at assisting VET (vocational education and training) providers in nursing education, on their progress towards permanence of quality assurance practices. The main objective of BEHEALTH is to improve QA provision and practices of VET education and WBL (work-based learning) in the nursing field through the promotion of self-evaluation and action planning.
ICWE
With the growing trends in ageing population and life expectancy and the flaws and gaps of the long-term care (LTC) system in Europe, the ICWE project focuses on Informal Carers’ (ICs) well-being and support for information and practical skills to facilitate their role as caretakers.
WELL@SME
EHFF was a partner in this Erasmus+ project from 2023-2025 to build a European repository of tools for mental health in workplaces.
The project ended in 2024.
CEmPaC
EHFF was the grant holder and managed this project, funded by the Robert Bosch Stiftung, to set up a European Resource Centre for Patient Empowerment. Started 2017, finished in 2022 with the creation of the new entity of CEmPaC – visit www.cempac.org to find materials and latest news.

EHFF acted in an advisory role in this Horizon 2020 project on best practices in self-management. 2018-2022.
EMPATTICS
EHFF was a minor partner in this Horizon 2020 project on Pre-commercial Procurement of eHealth tools in chronic disease 2015-2018.
CHRODIS PLUS
EHFF was a collaborating partner in this European Joint Action on improving quality of life for people with Chronic Diseases. 2017-2019.
EIP on AHA
(European Innovation Partnership on Active and Healthy Aging) – EHFF was a member of the B3 Action Area on Integrated Care since 2015, as a prominent member of the sub-group on Patient Empowerment.
